Jessica Dillon has a strong passion for operations and efficiency improvements, driven by her broad experience in the manufacturing industry. She brings proven problem-solving skills and an eagerness to take on new challenges. Leveraging a results-oriented mindset, she identifies opportunities for immediate impact while keeping long-term sustainability in focus.
Jessica received a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Before joining Streamliners, she worked in management consulting across various industrial sectors ranging from automotive to food and beverage.
Outside of work, Jessica likes staying active and participating in group fitness classes, especially cardio boxing. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, watching the Detroit Lions, and embracing her Midwest roots by playing a competitive game of Euchre.
