Akansha has experience developing AI and machine learning solutions across healthcare, insurance, transportation, logistics, and financial services. Her work spans predictive modeling, intelligent automation, data engineering, and scalable backend systems, with a focus on transforming complex data and operational challenges into practical solutions that improve decision-making and business performance.
Prior to Streamliners, Akansha worked on AI and machine learning initiatives at Uber and The Cigna Group. At Uber, she contributed to systems supporting mobility, food delivery, freight logistics, healthcare transportation, and advertising, with work that focused on predictive modeling, routing, matching optimization, demand forecasting, and real-time data processing. At The Cigna Group, she developed AI-driven solutions supporting healthcare and insurance operations, including claims processing, pharmacy benefits, care management, risk prediction, and workflow automation. Akansha received her degree from the University of California.
In her free time, Akansha enjoys exploring emerging AI technologies, staying active at the gym, and expanding her knowledge of nutrition and wellness.
