Aleksandra Zawadzka brings broad experience in manufacturing consulting and process improvement, with a proven track record delivering impactful projects across the pharmaceutical, FMCG, and chemicals industries. She has experience in waste reduction, capacity increase, problem-solving and energy consumption reduction. Aleksandra has worked internationally and speaks French, Spanish, Polish and is currently adding German to the list.
She holds a Master’s degree in chemistry from the University of Oxford. Prior to Streamliners, she also worked in operations consulting.
Outside of work, she is always happiest near water, whether that’s for sailing, swimming, or any other excuse to be out on the waves. When she’s not outdoors, she enjoys crochet, sewing and other arts and crafts.
