Senior Consultant
Alex has an extensive background in senior operations management and process improvement excellence across the biotechnology and food & agriculture industries. He has a proven track record of driving operational leadership, with significant success in ramping production throughput, reducing equipment downtime, and leading large cross-functional teams. Alex is particularly skilled in vertical start-ups and the integration of complex manufacturing execution systems.
Alex earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Throughout his career, he has focused on utilizing servant leadership to build team culture and applying Lean principles to streamline processes while improving quality in high-stakes manufacturing environments. He is also a 2024/2025 graduate of the Leadership Spartanburg program within his local community.
Outside of business, Alex is a heavy traveler and an active outdoorsman who enjoys snowboarding and backpacking. He also devotes time to training CrossFit and staying active in the community.
