Chase Adams brings extensive experience in automotive manufacturing, quality, and operational leadership. Throughout his career, he has supported manufacturing and quality operations, led cross-functional teams, and worked across multiple facilities to improve performance, strengthen processes, and develop people.
His experience includes quality management, production leadership, operational excellence, root cause problem solving, and hands-on application of Lean Manufacturing principles. Chase has worked closely with teams at all levels of an organization, from the shop floor through senior leadership, and is passionate about turning complex operational challenges into practical, sustainable improvements.
Chase is especially passionate about leadership development and helping others grow in their careers. Outside of work, he is an avid distance runner and marathoner, co-hosts a running-focused podcast, and enjoys traveling, following sports, and spending time with his wife, dog, and cat.
