Juliano Alberici joined Streamliners as Vice-President of Food and Life Sciences, bringing more than 20 years of international experience across engineering, agriculture, food, and ingredients industries.
Originally from Brazil and based in the Netherlands since 2014, Juliano started his career in the german automotive industry before moving into the food systems value chain. Since then, he has worked across Europe and the Americas, leading teams, developing markets, and managing relationships with a diverse range of customers, suppliers, and partners across global B2B and B2C markets. What drives Juliano is simple: turning strategy into action and action into results. Throughout his career, he has led business growth initiatives, commercial transformations, and operational improvements with a strong focus on delivering both top-line growth and bottom-line performance.
Having worked across different product categories, industry segments, business models, and cultures, Juliano brings a broad and practical perspective on how to create value across the entire value chain. He is particularly energized by the dynamics of global markets, where supply complexity, customer needs, and constant change require sharp commercial thinking, analytical approach, strong relationships, and the ability to act and adapt quickly.
Juliano holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC) and an MBA from Insper, both in Brazil. He also holds an executive certification from MIT in AI, Sustainability, and Strategic Transformation, reflecting his interest in how new technologies and strategic thinking can be combined to create practical and sustainable business impact.
Outside work, Juliano loves spending time with his family and friends, cooking, and traveling. He has a passion for sports, particularly football, tennis, cycling, swimming, and skiing.
