Mazen has a strong track record in operational excellence, lean implementation, maintenance optimization, and complex program execution across manufacturing and industrial environments.
He has led hands-on improvement efforts focused on OEE, planning and scheduling, KPI development, material flow, and management operating systems, working directly with frontline teams, supervisors, and leadership to turn operational problems into measurable performance gains.
Prior to joining Streamliners, Mazen supported transformation initiatives across industries including aerospace, mining, and manufacturing. He brings a practical, implementation-first approach focused on improving throughput, reducing waste, strengthening daily management, and delivering results that hold after the project team leaves.
