Venkat Kannan brings over 15 years of experience driving operational excellence, supply chain transformation, and plant turnaround across manufacturing and industrial environments. He has led improvement efforts spanning SIOP/IBP design, inventory optimization, materials management, and plant operations working with frontline teams and executive leadership to convert operational challenges into measurable, sustained gains.
Prior to Streamliners, Venkat held progressive supply chain, operations, and advisory roles at various industrial manufacturing firms, where he built inventory control-tower models across dozens of global sites, managed large-scale engineer-to-order operations, led a plant-level turnaround, and built a SIOP/IBP function from scratch delivering double-digit gains in throughput, asset utilization, productivity, and cost/cash performance.
Venkat holds an MBA from IIM Indore and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and CSCP professional, with a practical, implementation-first approach to driving results that hold after the project ends.
