Vitika is a consultant with a background in capital program leadership, operations strategy, and process optimization across the architecture, engineering, construction, and logistics sectors.
She holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, with concentrations in Strategy and Finance and a track in Energy and Sustainability. She is also a licensed architect.
Prior to her MBA, Vitika worked at a global architecture firm, where she led a large-scale mixed-use capital program across India, Thailand, and Mexico, overseeing design coordination through on-the-ground delivery. During her MBA, she completed an Operations Manager internship on Amazon’s Pathways team, delivering verified cost savings through Kaizen initiatives and process redesigns that were subsequently scaled across North America. She brings a combination of technical delivery expertise and strategic and financial rigor to both high-level initiatives and hands-on implementation work.
Outside of work, Vitika enjoys traveling, meeting new people, and trying new cuisines.
